Returns

We accept returns only in cases where:

• The product received is damaged or defective.
• The wrong item has been delivered.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with proof of the issue.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
• The item must be returned in its original condition.

Products that have been washed, altered, worn, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake occurred from our side.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized products
• Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
